Tokyo, Japan – Venture Café Tokyo is pleased to announce that it has once again chosen HirePlanner.com as its partner to co-host the upcoming Tech Meetup & IT Career Event, scheduled for February 19, 2026, in Tokyo.
Building on the success of last year’s collaboration, which attracted about 500 attendees, this year’s Tech Meetup & IT Career Event will showcase the latest trends and innovations in technology. The event will feature forward-thinking tech companies, startups, and globally minded organizations that are shaping the future of innovation and driving the recruitment of bilingual tech talent in Japan.
The initiative is designed to connect forward-thinking employers with top talent while offering a platform for companies to share their vision, showcase their solutions, and engage with Japan’s globally minded tech community.
The event will be held again as part of the Global Gathering event, Venture Café’s initiative that brings together innovators, entrepreneurs, and communities from around the world to exchange ideas, foster collaboration, and inspire inclusive growth. The Global Gathering returns to Tokyo once again with the continued support of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG), underscoring the city’s commitment to driving innovation and strengthening its role as a global hub for technology and entrepreneurship.
Global Gathering’s key focus areas will include (but are not limited to) Environment, Resources, Space, Wellness & Health, Career, and Self-Development.
